Why go this simplistic?

I love simple design. Often, people complicate things just to establish their supremacy over others. In fact, the site is quite complicated at the back end. I'll get to that later for those who are interested, include my Photoshop files and some code..

How do I find my way around?

Sections of menyhart.net are independent. There is a homepage which welcomes you, a menu and a submenu. Each menu has its own submenu visible only in the specific section. Section name is visible on top of every page. Underneath, if necessary, resides a group of links called 'breadcrumbs'. They show you your position within the site.

How did you create this website?

It's just the beginning! :) I read heaps of material, enrolled in dozens of forums and read a few books on PHP, CSS, etc.. The site is still in beta, though, and I hope to add much more. All you can see has been written in an excellent editor called jEdit.

Is this site going to be updated frequently?

No. Except for the blog once in a while. ;)

What is your “artist's statement”?

Oh, Gosh. Give me a break! Writer writes his statement, a painter paints it, etc. You get the point...
