Travels

BumpI love to travel and one of my dreams was to visit a number of National Parks on the American Continent. In 1999 I had the privilege to make it happen when I and my girlfriend travelled some 12,000 km and visited most of America’s stunning National Parks.

  • Canada (Niagara Falls, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal)
  • The Midwest (Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Wichita)
  • The West (San Diego, Los Angeles, Hollywood, Las Vegas, Denver)
  • National Parks mostly (Monument Valley, Bryce National park, Arches National park, Canyonlands, Zion National park, Grand Canyon, Glen Canyon, Death Valley, Lake Mead, Wupatki Sunset Crater)
  • Our route - USA
  • Scandinavia (Helsinki, Rovanniemi, Santa’s village, KilpisjƤrvi, Alta, Hammerfest, Fosol, North cape, Lapland, Inari, Ivalo, Savonlinna, Bergen, Oslo)

… and more in my blog under the category travel (e.g., 3 days in Paris).
